Community Guidelines
UNLOCKY is a place to sell and buy digital content. These rules apply to profiles, unlocks, previews, messages and every other part of the platform.
1. Respect
Treat other people the way you want to be treated. Disagreement is fine, contempt is not. Creators decide what they publish and at which price; buyers decide what they pay for.
2. No harassment or bullying
No repeated unwanted contact, no intimidation, no pile-ons, no sexual harassment, no pressuring someone into producing content.
3. No hate speech
No attacks or dehumanising statements based on origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
4. No threats or violence
No threats, no incitement to violence, no glorification of violence, no terrorist or violent extremist content.
5. No illegal content
Anything illegal under applicable law is not allowed here.
6. Zero tolerance: minors
Sexual content involving minors is absolutely prohibited. Accounts are permanently removed, and content is reported to the competent authorities. Do not upload content depicting anyone under 18 in a sexual context, and do not request such content.
7. No non-consensual intimate content
Everyone shown in intimate content must be an adult and must have consented to publication and sale. “Revenge” content and hidden-camera material are prohibited.
8. No doxxing
Do not publish other people’s addresses, phone numbers, documents, workplaces or other private data — neither in unlocks nor in messages.
9. No impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, and do not use someone else’s photos as your own.
10. No unauthorised deepfakes
No AI-generated or manipulated depictions of real people without their explicit consent.
11. No fraud or scams
Descriptions, previews and prices must match what the buyer actually receives. No empty or misleading unlocks, no fake sales, no manipulation of the creator ranking.
12. No stolen content
Only upload content you created or are licensed to sell. Copyright infringement leads to removal.
13. No malware or malicious links
No malware, phishing, harmful links or attempts to attack the platform or its users.
14. No payment fraud and no fee circumvention
No stolen payment methods, no abusive chargebacks, and no moving transactions off-platform to avoid the platform fees.
15. 18+ only
UNLOCKY is for adults. Accounts of people under 18 are removed.
16. Reporting
Use the report function on profiles, unlocks and conversations to flag anything that breaks these rules. Reports reach our moderation team with the reported object and your stated reason. Urgent or legal matters can also be sent to papi.app.world@gmail.com.
17. Blocking
You can block any user. A block prevents further contact between the two accounts and is independent of whether you also file a report.
18. Moderation and consequences
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may:
- hide or delete individual unlocks or messages,
- restrict features such as selling or messaging,
- suspend or permanently delete an account,
- withhold or reverse payments,
- report content to the competent authorities.
Moderation decisions are taken by our team; the platform currently does not use automated content-recognition systems.
19. Appeals
If you believe a decision about your content or your account was wrong, write to papi.app.world@gmail.com with your username and a description of the case. We review the decision and inform you of the outcome. We are building out structured statements of reasons and an in-app appeal flow in line with the Digital Services Act; until they are available in the product, appeals run through the email address above.
20. Relation to our other documents
These guidelines complement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
